§ 1. Zero-Log & Zero-Disk Architecture
IGFox operates on a stateless, zero-disk chunked proxy model. When you request a media download, our servers create an ephemeral, direct network pipeline between the public content delivery network (CDN) and your client browser. Media bytes are streamed sequentially in memory and never written to server hard drives or persistent databases. As soon as the transfer finishes or is interrupted, the in-memory stream buffer is permanently destroyed.

No media files, photos, videos, or audio tracks are ever stored on our servers.

No user viewing history, search history, or profile interaction logs are maintained.

No account creation or registration is required to use our services.
§ 2. Information We Never Collect
Because IGFox is completely login-free, we do not collect personal identifying information. Specifically, we do NOT collect or store:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.

Social media usernames, passwords, access tokens, or session cookies.

Financial or payment credentials on our public web interface.
§ 3. Infrastructure Security & Ephemeral Telemetry
To protect our infrastructure against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated bot abuse, and rate limit violations, our servers process minimal transient network metadata. Client IP addresses are converted into cryptographic SHA-256 hashes used solely for in-memory rate limiting and are automatically purged within 24 hours.

§ 4. LocalStorage & Client Cookies
IGFox uses client-side browser LocalStorage exclusively for user experience enhancements, such as storing your active language preference, theme mode (dark/light), cookie banner acceptance, and your local recent download history. This data resides strictly on your own device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
§ 5. GDPR, CCPA & Global Data Rights
In accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Right to Access & Deletion: Since we do not store personal records or account profiles, there is no persistent personal data retained to delete.

Zero Sale of Personal Data: IGFox does not sell personal information of any consumer under any circumstances.

§ 6. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)
IGFox is a general audience utility and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately.
