§ 1. General Questions

Is IGFox completely free to use?
Yes! IGFox is 100% free with no registration, subscription, or software installation needed.

Do I need an Instagram or TikTok account?
No. You do not need to sign in, link your social media profile, or provide passwords. IGFox is completely login-free.

§ 2. Media Quality & Audio Extraction

What quality are downloaded videos?
IGFox extracts the maximum resolution provided by the source platform servers (typically 1080p Full HD, 60fps, or original 4K).

Can I extract only the audio as 320kbps MP3?
Yes! Simply click 'Download Audio (MP3)' on any result card to extract high-bitrate studio-grade MP3 audio in real-time.

§ 3. Watermark Removal

Does IGFox remove the TikTok watermark?
Yes! Our engine fetches the original clean source video from TikTok's CDN before the moving watermark overlay is added, giving you a 100% clean video.

§ 4. Mobile & Desktop Usage

How do I download on iPhone / iOS?
Open Safari, navigate to https://igfox.app, paste the link, tap Download, then tap the Safari download icon to save directly to your Photos app.

How do I download on Android and PC?
On Android, Chrome will download the file directly to your Gallery or Downloads folder. On PC and Mac, files are saved straight to your Downloads directory.

§ 5. Troubleshooting & Private Posts

Why did my download fail?
Downloads can fail if the post is from a private account, has been deleted, or if the source platform is temporarily rate-limiting requests. If an issue occurs, try our Telegram Bot @Igfoxbot for alternative server routing.

§ 6. Privacy & File Storage

Do you keep copies of downloaded files?
No. IGFox uses zero-disk chunked streaming; no files or user logs are ever saved to our servers.
