IGFox provides a technological proxy and format transcoding utility that facilitates the real-time retrieval and conversion of publicly accessible media served by third-party social networks. IGFox acts strictly as a passive conduit and technical tool.

• IGFox does not host, store, index, or distribute copyrighted content.
• All media is delivered directly from the original source content delivery networks (CDNs).
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access and download the target media.

§ 3. Permitted & Fair Use

The Service is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, such as offline viewing of public content, educational research, personal archives, and fair-use commentary. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

§ 4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Platforms

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners. IGFox is an independent utility and is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta Platforms, TikTok, ByteDance, X Corp (Twitter), YouTube, Google LLC, Pinterest, or Facebook.

§ 5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable human interaction rates without an official Commercial API license.
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, firewall rules, or security mechanisms.
• Downloading or attempting to download private, password-protected, non-public, or DRM-encrypted content.
• Using the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party.

§ 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IGFOX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

§ 7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IGFOX, ITS OPERATORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
