§ 1. Technical Architecture & Zero-Storage Notice
IGFox operates as a stateless streaming conduit. We do not host, store, cache, or distribute files. All media files are fetched in real-time from third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) upon user request and transferred directly to the user's browser.
💡 Important Note for Rights Holders: Because IGFox does not store media files on its servers, the most permanent method to remove infringing content is to file a takedown request directly with the source hosting platform (e.g., Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X Corp). Once deleted from the source platform, the media is automatically unreachable via IGFox.
§ 2. Voluntary URL & Account Blacklisting
Even though IGFox does not host media, we provide a proactive URL blacklisting mechanism. Copyright owners can request that specific post URLs, user accounts, or media identifiers be permanently blocked from our extraction engine.
§ 3. Required Information for DMCA Notices
To submit a valid DMCA notification of claimed infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

The exact URL(s) or links that you request to be blocked on IGFox.

Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

§ 5. Response Timeline & Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, our legal team will process the request and blacklist the specified URLs within 24 to 48 business hours. If content was disabled in error, the affected party may submit a formal counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
